3. Ordering Process

  • You must provide accurate document files
  • You confirm the source and target languages
  • You agree to the quoted price before payment
  • Payment is required before translation begins

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are subject to:

  • Document complexity and length
  • Language pair
  • Service type (standard, certified, express)
  • Delivery method

Payment is accepted via credit/debit card and bank transfer.

5. Delivery

Digital translations are delivered via email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on document complexity. We make every effort to meet quoted delivery times but cannot guarantee them in all circumstances.

6. Refunds & Revisions

We offer free revisions for any translation errors. Refunds may be considered if:

  • We cannot complete the translation
  • There are significant errors that cannot be corrected
  • The order is cancelled before work begins

7. Confidentiality

All documents and personal information are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share your documents with third parties except as necessary to complete the translation. Documents are securely deleted after 30 days unless you request otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot be held liable for any consequences arising from the use of our translations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific translation service.
